Sportshall Athletics is a fun, fast indoor form of Athletics focusing on fitness and multi-skill development.

Athletics FUNdamentals works alongside the Essex Athletics Network to select, train and team manage the Essex Team which is selected from local qualifying events to compete in the Regional Championships against the other County Teams in the East of England Region. To gain selection for the team requires athletes to demonstrate ability in a range of events and so these sessions will give the opportunity to practice a wide range of events as well as having lots of fun.
