The Chelmsford Mini Endurance group provides quality coaching and fun sessions for aspiring young athletes in Chelmsford.
Lead by England Athletics fully qualified endurance coaches.
- Long Term Athletic Development using running to develop the young athletes Fundamental Movement Skills such as Agility, Balance and Coordination
- Age appropriate training and great fun!
Sessions will be on the track regardless of the weather so please wear suitable clothing for the time of year.
Suitable for keen runners from ages 6/School Year 1 and up to School Year 3
